In the North West of Gran Canaria island, you can visit the winery Berrazales situated in Agaete’s valley at the border of Tamadaba Natural parc. This wonderful landscape with pines of more than 400 years, palms and coffee trees, will keep you company throughout your visit with their numerous fragrances of tropical fruit such as mangos, guayabas, avocados, oranges and mandarins…
The Laja farm and the winery of Berrazales combines coffee production, winemaking, and jam made with their own coffee beans. This tiny production of 3 hectares reveals a large range of fruits, with high quality standard products and a very welcoming visit.
At the entrance you will be guided through the high trellis vine called pergola, a way of cultivate vine that provides with shade to the coffee trees and the growing grapes, which helps protecting the plants and fruits from the intense sunlight and the warm temperatures of the valley.
During the visit you will have the opportunity to try a unique water coming from local volcanic soils with a particular sulphur and iodine flavours, giving a characteristic taste to the wine of the island.

The entrance includes:
Tour of 1 hour: Making coffee and wine, discovering the various plants surrounding the area with a wonderful panoramic view.
Taste all the products coming from the farm and winery, few wines white, red, rosé or sweet wines including some local cheese, bread with a chorizo, homemade cake, fruit, a nice cup freshly toasted coffee beans.
